Sun: Leftovers, etc --

Mon: Homemade pepperoni pizza with edamame --

Tues: Baked salmon, mixed veggies, and lemon rice --

Wed: Homemade pepperoni pizza with salad --

Thurs: Beer-glazed black beans and tomatoes over rice
Fri: Chickpea burgers with avocado sauce and sweet potato fries
Sat: Traveling -- dinner out!
5/17 - 5/23: Sister in town -- not a consistent menu
5/10 - 5/16:
Sun: Baked salmon, mixed veggies, and lemon rice --

Mon: Black bean and corn burritos -- used refried beans, but

Tues: Lemon pasta with salad --

Wed: Homemade pepperoni pizza with salad --

Thurs: Homemade pepperoni pizza with salad --

Fri: Tuna with tomato and olive oil in pita bread --

Sat: Dinner out --
